Colonel's Kababz is the legacy late Col. K.N. Kochhar Popularly Known as Kaku Kochhar Left with us. The Colonel had the habit of making good food and eating it too. The recipes are all original by the late Colonel. It was more of hobby than a profession which ventured out to be his mega success.

Colonel's Kababz was started by Late Colonel K. N. Kochhar, who was know for his culinary skills while serving the armed forces. It started from his house, and today is a known respected brand, which is been carried by his dedicated team he left behind.

We take this opportunity to introduce & reintroduce ourselves as that company of Jawans from the Colonel's army, which over the years has served you from our display kitchen at Defence Colony, and in the calm and quiet Som Vihar Apartments, R.K. Puram, and also at your home through our Catering services and all those packed Lunches & Dinners.

Over the last 16 years we have gained a reputation of giving only the best to our guests. It is this tradition which is our responsibility to maintain and improve wherever we work and in whatever capacity.
